Taylor, the technician, explained really clearly to my disabled brother how to run his 23 year old Bosch washing machine on a cold setting as a temporary fix, and what he needed to say to the plumber about the poor hot water feed. He answered all his and my questions (signoff phone call to me afterwards). Communication re timeslot and arrival faultless. Definitely use again
Needed a repair to my oven door, which is glass and the soft close no longer worked so it either slammed shut or stayed slightly open so oven fan didn’t work! Did a website search and read reviews about NAC – and I am delighted I did. The initial phone call enquiry was reassuring, friendly and gave me confidence in the company. The payment process is straightforward and is priced slightly lower than others. The process of an engineer coming out happened exactly as explained in the telephone conversation. The engineer was polite and respectful. Although the problem seemed fixed, the engineer wrote a report and identified the need for new parts. It was explained that if the problem reoccurred all I needed to do was ring NAC who will give me a price and if I ordered there would be no second call out fee. This is what I did and I am delighted with the open, transparent cost system and the efficiency of the organisation to get the problem fixed within 10 days of my initial call which included two visits by an engineer.
