This was the first time that we have used this company and we were so impressed with the speed and efficiency with which they dealt with our request. The online booking form was easy to use and the price was given upfront with no hidden charges. An email was sent detailing everything we needed to know. The day before the repair, the engineer contacted us with a 3 hour appointment window. He arrived on time and was very professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done and had the parts with him. Our Rangemaster was repaired in under an hour. We have already recommended to friends and family!

Very organised company and was able to speak with a human quickly. A vey nice engineer with 20 odd years of experience quickly replaced the element in our oven so we were able to cook our Christmas Turkey.

Both the Engineer ( James ) was outstanding and the Company Booking Process was exceptional whereby other companies showed a real lack of interest.

The engineer that came was polite and honest.
He checked out the washing machine then phoned later to give us the verdict on what we should do.

Dishwasher faulty, telephoned and got a really pleasant reply with cost quoted, booked a call for me the next day, later the same day an engineer phoned to say he wasn’t that far away if I was in, I was so he called and very swiftly had the dishwasher out and repaired very quickly and efficiently. Really pleased especially a it was leading up to Christmas and my wife was pushing for a new dishwasher!!
