From the initial call to the sign off after the repair the following day this was a clear, efficient and friendly process. My engineer knew what what was needed, arrived on time, completed the job, explained what had been wrong and charged exactly what had been estimated the day before (call out plus the cost of one part). Im impressed.
Easy to book with NAC and Sarah was very helpful over the phone, kept up to date with appointment date & time via a call and a text message and after checking over my washing machine, it needed a new part which was priced up and ordered there and then and a new appointment confirmed. A engineer came at 8.30am and fitted the new part within 30 mins. All working well and very happy with the service, would recommend.
The engineer was on time. Ordered part required. Retuned with part & fitted. He was very nice, friendly & polite. Explained everything. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Excellent service from start to finish. NAC responded quickly after I submitted a repair request for my dishwasher, and an engineer was assigned for the very next working day. They arrived on time within the given slot, diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently, and carried out tests to ensure everything was working properly. Clear advice was also provided. A smooth, professional experience throughout.
Such an easy service to use- made the appointment for this exact time I wanted, the engineer got in touch the day before and was really accommodating. When he arrived ch I was super friendly and informative. Great service!
Engineers sent were friendly and helpul and they did a good job. Slight ignition fault on ovens was spotted and they reported it to HQ straight away and the staff at HQ orderd the necessary parts straight away and they will arrange a repair visit when the parts have arrived

Had them come fix my cooker hood and they did a stellar job. The repairman knew his stuff and saved me the trouble of buying a replacement.
Our cooker did not come up to temperature so when I opened the oven expecting to have our Sunday lunch cooked, it was still not done. I wrote about our problem online to NAC that day and an engineer came to fit a new element in on the Wednesday. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the engineer attending had the actual part on his van, since we had learnt previously that our “brand new” cooker was in fact an older model that had been sitting in a warehouse for some time before we bought it. The engineer fitted it quickly and proficiently, was very pleasant and approachable, we were very pleased with the service provided.
Excellent service. After my first request for a repair on my cooker I was assigned an engineer. Contact was quick, kept informed, appointment made, engineer texted to let me know when he would arrive. Repair carried out quickly. After trying other repair services that did not even return my calls this was a very professional experience.
