Very clear about what would happen including pricing. Engineer got in touch straight away. The part needed was not standard but he sourced it quickly and kept in touch to keep me informed. Arranged visits to suit me and this was a great friendly and efficient service.

So glad I found their number, came out next day, the engineer went off and found the part for same day repair and cleared the drain pump as a bonus.
