They sent an Engineer very promptly and took around our commitments. They were clear on the Rangemaster model we had and gave us an acceptable price and conditions. The Engineer who attended was very polite knew what was required and carried out the work with no fuss and was clean and tidy.
The guys arrived on time, were extremely efficient and professional and explained exactly what they were going to do and kept me informed of progress and then gave a very comprehensive report of the problem and recommendation of the way forward.
The engineer was quiet and politehe did a good job, he had to order parts but not a long wait. Will use again
I have never heard of this company before but from calling the office I was greeted by a very polite lady who explained the process of the way that the repair and payment would be handled and was able to get a same day appointment.
As promised Daniel called to confirm he was on his way and on arrival he pretty much knew what the fault on our dishwasher was likely to be. Within around 30 minutes the job was done and you wouldn’t know he had been while he also took time to offer some advice to assist us preventing the problem happening again.
Would definitely recommend this company and if we’re unlucky enough to need further repairs on our appliances NAC will be my first call

It was great to get the expert’s visit-a bit ahead of time as well!
He was very knowledgeable and quickly checked our oven’s model number and spec. details. It didn’t take him long to discover that parts were no longer available. What a blow!
However, he was really helpful in going online and suggesting the best replacement oven for us and discussing which company would give the best service.
It was hard having to pay £85 to find out that we needed a new oven but the advice was really helpful and the friendly manner made it seem a good experience.
So thanks, NAC for your service.
