Great from beginning to end, excellent service. Not having to wait for the repair was a bonus. Engineer kept in touch with timescales. Certainly recommend this company.
NAC have been brilliant. Kept us up to date on arrival times. Call out charge reasonable and very pleasant and professional service. Kearon was unable to repair our very old oven at the time and when he left he chased all over the place for parts. Now helping us find a new oven.
Engineer was here within a few hours. Very polite. He explained what he was doing and what the problem was. Washing Machine was working again within 45 mins. Excellent service..

An excellent experience. Our old dishwasher failed and I contacted NAC for the first time. I was allocated a local engineer who contacted me promptly and attended at a convenient time. He explained the problem and advised on a replacement.
