Service from NAC was excellent! Same day call out (Wednesday) The part for my washing machine repair was not in stock. It took one day to order and my repair took place within 2 days which was a bank holiday (Friday) at no extra cost!!! Fantastic, quick and so efficient. Would 10/10 use again

Amazing service from start to finish! I’d already ordered the parts as u was going to fix it myself but decided to use a professional. And I’m glad I did as I didn’t realise there was another part that I needed! As it was over the Easter weekend, I had to wait a couple of days but everything is all back up and running better than ever. Really quick, friendly and knowledgeable electrician and really great communications from NAC in general. Would 100% be using again in the future
Had a dishwasher that was displaying a warning code and trying to use the Internet to decipher the code did not work…. found these guys and they were cheaper than others I searched for. Online form was easy and someone contacted me and kept me up to date on when they would arrive. When the gent arrived he knew what he was doing. Was quick and knew exactly what was wrong. Dishwasher was fixed and could not be happier with the service. Will definitely use again.
