Stefan the engineer was professional, polite and friendly. The company gave me great communication leading up to the repair for expected ETA. The work carried out is for the fault, so if the fault reoccurs, I won’t get charged extra, pretty good.

Super quick and easy booking. Engineer came to fix my dishwasher. Figured out the issue in 20 mins. Realised a part needs replacing but the part was out of stock. I ordered a 2nd hand part on Ebay and he was happy to fit it. He came in the following week to put the part in. Everything’s working fine again now. Satisfied with the service.
