Repairer arrived on time, was very polite and helpful. Sadly more thsn one part for our appliance needed to be replaced, meaning that repairing it wasn’t cost effective and we had to buy a new one. He was very disappointed not to be able to repair it, although we had thought that this may be the outcome. Very happy with service and would definitely use again.

I called and was offered an appointment for the next day but then the engineer called as asked if he could come that day. Diagnosed issue and ordered a part in which he came back today and fitted.
