I received confirmation of booking by email and text promptly from NAC. Jack, the engineer, also contacted me quickly to arrange appt. Jack found the problem on my cooker, ordered the part and had it fitted and working in a few days (considering it was a Friday when part was ordered, it was fixed by Monday). Jack was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Job well done. Thank you.
