Excellent communication throughout. Initial call was dealt with courteously and efficiently. Similarly, email communication regarding subsequent visits and spares was clear and timely.

Keith, the technician arrived bang on time for each visit, quickly diagnosed exactly what the problem was and identified the parts needed to get my dishwasher back in working order.

A further appointment to instal the parts had the dishwasher up running in no time.

On top of all of that the cost of the service was really reasonable.

The engineer was excellent. Worked quickly and very efficiently. Polite and good advice on maintaining the washing machine in the future. I honestly thought I would have to buy a new washer dryer but it was fixed in no time. Would highly recommend.

A lovely engineer came to check my washing machine when the drum had stopped working. I had asked for a next day appointment (tick) and an early appointment (tick).
The lad checked the washing machine thoroughly and told me that it needed a new motor. As the machine was ten years old I told him that I wouldn’t bother with the repair and would buy a new machine instead. I asked his advice as to what makes of washing machine were more reliable than others and he spent time giving me his opinions.

What a great company. Will certainly use them again.
