Electric cooker’s main oven stopped working Sunday evening.
Notified website and booked a callout on Tuesday 23 .Automatic response to say we would receive a call on Monday,we did and Plamen visited 10.45 Tuesday morning.Quickly identified the heating element had gone and he had a spare in his van,fitted and away in 25 minutes .
What amazing service and two daysbefore Christmas.
Plamen was polite calm and efficient.
Cannot believe we had such a good result.
Highly recommended.

Outstanding.
The oven failed on the Sunday before Christmas. I arranged an appointment for the Tuesday with Christmas on the Thursday. Monday I gat a call to say he will be there by 12:30 and at 10 there was a knock on the door.
By 11 the oven was fixed and Christmas was saved.

Nice company, who give a great service and will go the extra mile to get your problems sorted. The telephone staff were very nice and the system they have set up lets you feel you are in full control. The engineer, Casey S, was a very polite and likeable young man who arrived on time and worked quickly.

The engineer visited us prior to ordering the part that was faulty. On his return he put in the part and this was done speedily.

The engineer was polite and answered our questions thus allowing us to partake in his repair.
