The guy came in, was very polite, on time and wasn’t sure if he could repair. Took a few bits off machine and discovered the float had jammed. Drained flost chamber and job done. Nice guy .

Really easy to book through the website- everything was clear, simple and straightforward to navigate. As someone with ADHD, being able to book online without having to make a phone call made a huge difference. It removed a barrier straight away.
Communication was excellent throughout. I was kept fully up to date with appointment times, and when a part needed ordering, arranging the follow-up visit was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the simple Y/N text confirmation the day before the fitting – quick, clear and no unnecessary back and forth. That kind of communication style is genuinely helpful if you struggle with executive function.
