Great service! Very fast & efficient.

We contacted NAC and the same day we were informed that the engineer (Daniel Hosking) would contact us half an hour away from our property which he did.
He was very professional, friendly and polite and did tests on our fridge/freezer which unfortunately was unrepairable.
We still had to pay nearly £100 for the callout, labour and VAT which would have been cheaper than a new unit but sadly that didn’t happen.

After hearing a terrible noise on the spin cycle of my washer I called NAC and was able to get someone to come out within an hour and a half.
The problem was a zipper toggle that had got wedged in the filter. Both gentlemen who came where very helpful and it was back up and running within half an hour

Easy to arrange, options of online or via phone. Quick availability to assess what was wrong. Polite and friendly workers who left everything clean. Simple fix

Fault quickly identified, part ordered and fitted a few days later.

Quick and efficient with booking

So far, so good! The repair engineer hasn’t yet visited but I’ve heard good things about the company and their the online booking system is very straightforward.

Mark came to look at what we thought was a faulty cooker hood. It turned out that the issue was with the vent instead. He explained the issue and the next steps very clearly, excellent service.

Gary stayed with problem until he resolved it for over two hours x
