Leyton, the engineer, arrived promptly, He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary replacement part. As soon as it was available he made contact and effected the repair. He was mindful of all furnishings, eg wooden floor,kitchen units, throughout. Dishwasher is now working. What more can you ask for?

The door on our washing machine would not lock, so obviously could not be used. I looked on line to find a local repair company and came across NAC who had excellent reviews, almost too good to be true, but I decide to call them and immediately spoke to an actual person. They explained that I would be contacted by a local engineer and the price that was very reasonable. I got a call from the engineer and arranged a time / date for the visit that was the agreed for the next working day. The repair was then carried out and all fixed for the estimated price.

The engineer arrived in time & got straight to fixing the issue without any additional cost to the call out / labour charge of £96.
The issue was a sporadic small leak from our 3yr old Haier fridge freezer, the drain was blocking up with ice. Simple issue but very difficult to get to the source. The interior of the freezer had to be stripped back & the relevant area steamed until the ice blockage melted. He was done & dusted within an hour. We will definitely use this service again.
