Easy to book visit. Small delay due to holidays but this was ok as the repair was non-urgent. Appliance could not be repaired but engineer gave clear advice about options

The fan oven stopped working the week before Xmas. I contacted NAC who attended the following day. The engineer was very friendly and professional and although we required a new element explained we could use the oven conventionally as there was three elements in the oven. This saved Xmas. The part was ordered and the engineer returned and replaced the element after Xmas.
