The engineer Florin came to repair our fridge freezer.
He was polite and on time but the fridge could not be fixed as access to the evaporator is not possible in this model. He gave us advice and recommended certain brands if we were going to replace it. Quite satisfactory service.

Straight forward quote and booking details, great customer service.

Easy to make appointment which was over the festive season. Fitter attended promptly kept in touch regarding appointment schedule etc. quickly diagnosed our issue and rectified the fault . New heating element required. Gave us tips on preventing limescale as well. Many thanks a great job well done.

Travis was very good and clearly explained what the problem was with the washing machine. I was happy with his work.

I was not expecting him to come without a confirmed appointment time, as I was not informed in advance. He arrived in the morning.

I will see him again next Monday to fix the fridge light.

Called NAC on the morning of Monday 29th Decemeber to enquire if they were able to assist with a fault on my microwave/oven.
After some initial questions they said they could help and send an engineer the following day. An hour after booking the appointment they contacted to say they could send an engineer the same day. Great!
Tho engineer did not turn up within the window of 12-5, I contacted NAC who promptly advised that the engineer had been delayed but would be with me in 40 mins. This was accurate.
Engineer arrived, politely went about their work. Was tidy, respectful and most importantly, resolved the issue.
Excellent service.

Tad gave advance notice that he was on his way. He was pleasant and efficient. He diagnosed that the machine needed more expensive repairs than was practical and recommended that it should be replaced.
