Very lovely company. Booked an engineer in really quickly. Very nice and polite young man. Found out what the problem to my dishwasher was very quickly. He didn’t have the new part so had to order it in.
Came in super quick and again engineer was booked in really quickly. Had the same engineer, who was again very polite and friendly. Fitted quickly with no problems. Communication with the company and myself was spot on. Texts and a phone call to say when the engineer would be coming. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Perfect service to fix my Bosch washing machine problem. Booked for it via website and I was immediately and politely contacted the day after. We agreed on day and time. The technical guy came perfectly on time and fixed the problem straight away. Very polite and friendly relationship too

The whole process was quick and efficient. I was able to get an appointment quickly over the phone and no waiting on hold. I got a text from the engineer with an accurate time slot. He arrived when he said he would and repaired the fault straight away. There were no hidden charges. A good experience and value for money.
