This is the second time we’ve used NAC for dishwasher repairs, and both times we’ve been very pleased. This time your rep, Samad Abdul, came twice, first to diagnose the problem, then to replace a part. On both occasions he let us know when he was coming, and turned up on time. He was friendly and efficient, and the dishwasher was up and running within a week of our first call to NAC.
Staff customers service was great. The company turnaround time and appointment booking was good.

Your representative, Sean, attended promptly and on time and was able to diagnose the problem with our washer quickly. It did need a part which he gave us the price for and we accepted. He advised that he had ordered it the same day and would let us know when it arrived. It was here within 3 days and he rang to say he could fit it that same morning. We couldnt do that but agreed a time 2 days later which he attended on time and fitted the new part within an hour. I was particularly impressed that he then tried the machine to ensure that that it was working satisfactorily.
