Went smoothly from first telephone call to NAC. Appointment was arranged for next day and email confirmation gave me all details including contact number for engineer. Jack arrived on time and located and fixed fault.

Our 9 year old Neff oven failed to start up, except for a flashing oven light, when we returned from holiday. The NAC service engineer, Paul, visited us on Saturday, diagnosed that a circuit board might be the problem and said that they would source one for us. He returned with the part on Wed but sadly that didn’t do the trick. We could have had another board replaced but decided to replace the whole unit instead. Paul kindly advised us about issues with the replacement oven. We would certainly use NAC again!
