Response was quick on the phone just asked a few questions. 10 minutes later the fitter phoned up is Monday morning convenient. Monday morning about 9am will be with you at 11am 11 05 he was here. De-iced the freezer checked every thing. If the fridge starts warming up phone me will get the new parts tell you the cost no charge for fitting or call out charge and politeness fron start to finish

My 5 yr old fridge freezer was not reaching correct temperature, so called an engineer who came out the following day. Unfortunately it had run out of gas and there were also other problems which would have been costly to fix.
The engineer gave an honest opinion about options, and recommended brands.
He was very polite, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company. I have now purchased a replacement, which I am happy with.
Great communication. Repair man Turned up early after getting a phone call asking if it was ok . Friendly service . Gave good explanation of what he was doing and why . What the fault was and how it could be resolved .
