NAC deserve this rating as my experience with them from beginning to end was faultless. At first I thought the call out charge, for a repair to my dishwasher, was rather a lot but now feel it was well worth it. The engineer, James, explained everything to me in simple terms. He was punctual, polite and completed a very clean job. I would recommend the company to family and friends.
Sadly not able to repair a fridge master fridge freezer where compressor went less than two years into purchase but Nick was a very friendly and helpful engineer with good advice I would use NAC again
Came out asap .Turned out a new power board was needed for washing machine. Part came and was fitted almost straight away . Happy
The service was brilliant I had a message and a phone call to say the engineer was on the way and even though it wasn’t anything to do with my washing machine he turned up quickly and was very helpful

I booked a dishwasher repair online on Sunday afternoon and someone came to look at it the next day.
I especially like knowing that the cost of the first visit is the total cost for labour so the only extra costs are parts. I would definitely recommend.

Very fast and efficient service, no problems. Engineer came out promptly, diagnosed problem, ordered parts then returned to fit as soon as they were available. Easy to book and pay. Courteous service from everyone involved.
Absolutely brilliant service. Casey from the word go was kind, helpful and explained all the time what he was doing to fix my dishwasher. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough for all Miele appliances.
Excellent service throughout. Kept up to date with appointment times. Engineer was very thorough and informed us throughout of the problem.Would use again and recommend.
Only downside the problem was not repairable but that was not the engineers fault.
