It went very smoothly from start to finish and Alex the engineer was extremely professional, knowledgeable and talked me through everything he had done, explaining it to me in layman’s terms.
They responded very quickly to my repair request – visited the next working day and new part ordered and it was installed just two days after the first visit! It was all ao very efficient and they kept me informed by texts all the time. I will certainly call them first for future repairs. Highly recommended *****
From start to finish, excellent service. We had tried a couple of local repair services which were really unhelpful but NAC were so helpful and the customer service was excellent. Booked in, arrived on time, no additional costs and really friendly. Won’t use anyone else from now on.
Bill contacted me as soon as I had put in my requested repair date, turned up as planned and carried out the replacement of the Hotpoint dishwasher heating element, in less than an hour. Great experience and will definitely use NAC again.
