After the initial contact quoting the fixed price plus extra for parts I was kept up to date, promptly about the date and time of the engineers visit
I was given the engineers mobile number as well. The engineer contacted me directly to arrange the visit within a 2 hour slot. He arrived within the time period and replaced the motor

Found the problem repaired the problem money saved . I think sometimes we are to quick to throw goods away so fingers crossed we can get a few more years out of machine.

Friendly, knowledgeable engineer who explained everything to me.
He got on with his work and found the fault very quickly and then advised me of the time scale for getting the spare part and his return visit.
His communication was very good.

So easy to contact NAC, they keep you regularly updated and let you know when the engineer is en route. Engineer was fab, and service excellent.

Very friendly and professional engineer. He had a very busy day but still checked it was okay to come and fix my oven later in the day. Ordered a new part and fitted in a second visit.
Their call centre is excellent and their technical system on SMS is also very efficient. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.

Excellent service and issue resolved quickly

Our repair man arrived at 9.00am the following day and was so fast and efficient he had the washing machine repaired, the drainage dismantled and cleaned and everything up-and-running within an hour. Fantastic!!

Brilliant service. I would definitely use NAC again.
Easy booking process, helpful staff. Engineer arrived on day booked was really friendly and knowledgeable. Managed to fix the broken part to get the freezer working again. Was really honest that if his fix didn’t work it would be more economical to replace freezer due to it’s age.

They came on time was courteous knew what he was doing and cleaned up after him took care of our kitchen
