The engineer came on time and quickly ordered the part required and fitted it.
He was friendly and polite.
NAC kept me informed as did the engineer.
First rate work completed. David Pacman was friendly, professional and very patient with my questions. He inspected all of my gas fireplaces, reset them into perfect working order and even cleaned/polished the entire enclosure. He provided great safety tips as well as ideas to prolong the life of my fireplaces.
It was refreshing to deal with honest people that weren’t trying to up-sell me or scare me into unneeded repairs.

Very helpful from first contact. Agreed a date and time to come. Arrived within the timescale. Identified problem quickly and rectified. Engineer very polite and helpful. A little pricey but happy to to pay to get job done quickly. Would use again.

Contacted them about our microwave fault – they explained the charges and the process. I paid for the labour and the Engineer arrived as agreed in a few days. I was then advised of the parts cost, which I paid. I spoke with a ‘real person’ on their helpline to agree a fitting date. The Engineer again arrived about 5 days later as agreed, fitted the part – microwave working again. The repair was a a standard type of fault, so my 5 stars are because they did exactly what they said they would do in good time, the helpline was useful, the Engineer arrived as agreed, everybody I spoke with was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommended.
Casey arrived on time and was very helpful and personable. He identified the fault was not on the appliance but with the electric cable which he was unable to assist with.
