Very friendly and easy to speak to. The engineer was prompt and polite and explained what was wrong with my drier. He then gave me a quote and came back 2 days later to repair it. Would definitely recommend them as I would use them again.

He was able to ring me within an hour of making an appointment and diagnose the issue over the phone as it is a known fault with my dishwasher.
Was in, fixed and out within 20 minutes!
