Really fantastic in an emergency. Came out next day gave me a 3hour window so didn’t have to wait in all day. Came on time were thorough when looking at why my washing machine was tripping my electrics. Unfortunately we needed a new machine, but I would use again for handy aspect of this service.

An SMS confirmation of my booking was sent to me immediately and on the morning of the appointment, another SMS was sent to confirm the name of the engineer who then also rang me when he was around 15mins away. He was professional, friendly and quickly ascertained that it was the plug socket that was faulty rather than the washing machine. Highly recommended.
