NAC contacted me, arranged to come the following day,and confirmed the time of arrival He arrived promptly , immediately fixed the problem, and returned my washing machine to its previous space in the utility room, then left everything v clean and tidy. Called out to discover why our Samsung American fridge freezer was not cooling the fridge side properly. Pleman attended and fixed the problem, promptly, very tidily and expertly. We were very impressed. He donned overshoes on entering our home and was the most pleasant and knowledgeable person we have met for years. Found NAC online when I was looking for somebody to fix my dishwasher. The job was assigned to Jim of Jantech and he was brilliant from start to finish. Excellent service! Quick response and got an appointment for the next day. Engineer arrived on time and was able to call to let me know what time he was arriving so I could just nip home to let him in rather than waiting in all day! Didn’t have the part but returned the following day and fixed the appliance. Would definitely recommend.
