Googled oven repairs and this company came up. Called them and was answered pretty quickly. Explained sutuation and an appointment was made to suit us. The engineer came promptly on day of appointment. He was very friendly, polite, professional and found the problem. Arrangement was made to order part and just over a week our oven was up and running. Would recommend highly. Thank you.

Engineer was nice and polite. Temperature on fridge was up and down , but he assured me it was normal. Put my mind at ease. Was going to get rid of it and buy new one, which would have cost me a lot more than the call out charge.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to engineer arriving. I was kept informed of attendance at each stage. The engineer explained things well and although my appliance couldn’t be repaired due to discontinued parts I was given the specific details to source a second hand part if I wanted to go down that route. Would certainly recommend.
