We were able to make the booking easily online. The engineer came the next day in the two hour window indicated, was courteous and eficient and had the necessary part with him.
We would not hesitate to use NAC again.
Haven’t been yet easy to book
excellent service. Booked on line on Friday & engineer came on Tuesday. Fault diagnosed but did not have a new part with him to fix the fault. Phone call on the following Tuesday to say the part was with the engineer & could be fitted today. Engineer called to say he was 30 mins away & duly arrived on time. Haydn the engineer was very pleasant & informative. Also pleased with the cost of the repair. Would definitely recommend this company & will use them again should it be necessary.

They got back to me within half an hour (very pleasant lady) and offered me a next day appointment which was not convenient for me. The following day was fine.
