Having trouble with the washing machine it was a random choice on the website that I choose NAC repair. The logging of the call was easy and the engineer arrived the next morning on time. The engineer was courteous and sorted the problem out on this visit. I would recommend this company to any of my friends etc.

What a great company and helpful engineers. We had a non draining dishwasher for months due to not finding anyone who was willing to come and look at it-we then found NAC and I wish we had found them straight away! Really easy booking process-engineer arrived on the day requested and in the allocated time-found the issue, sent us a quote for parts which we agreed and he came round a week later to fit them. Cannot fault the company or engineer at all and will definitely use them again and also recommend them to others!

Your repair guy was great! Sadly I didn’t make a note of his name, my bad. He arrived on time, efficiently identified the problem and quickly made the repair. He was courteous and a pleasure to have in my home.

The engineer came out and checked over my appliances and he couldn’t find any problems with it obviously I was delighted with the outcome the only downside for me was the £95 call out charge that’s was a bit expensive especially with no work done. I think £95 is too expensive but I would use the company again in the future .
