In all my years of dealing with tradespeople none have come up to the standard of service I received from NAC. Both the customer advisor and the engineer were both efficient and professional in every aspect of sorting my old fridge out. The engineer kept me aware every time he was to visit so I could be in to receive him and he carried out the installation of my new fridge in a most presentable and efficient manner. He tried to save my old fridge (35 years old) but no parts were available . He even took the old one out and placed it outside for the bin men to take .To sum up my experience of NAC is a company that can be trusted, relied upon to give the necessary expertise in sorting out or repairing your white goods in every courteous way.
