Our washing machine started leaking with no obvious source. NAC sent an engineer the next day who located a faulty hose. A replacement was installed the next week but then another leak was discovered. The faulty parts were again installed the week after and now we have a working machine.

What could have been a frustrating process with a couple of repeat visits was made completely manageable by the honest and open communication of the engineer. The lack of additional labour costs were a nice surprise too!

I was very impressed with the whole service, would recommend, and would use again myself.

The entire process was booked on line. Very easy website. Times and dates confirmed promptly. The engineer arrived at the specified time and was very professional and pleasant. He completed the job and we paid by bank transfer. A receipt was instantly emailed to us. If people are reluctant to use the internet, then a telephone booking system is in place. Definitely use again and will recommend. Well done NAC
