People told me that it would be cheaper to buy a new dishwasher than to repair it. I looked into replacing it but removal and disposal of my broken one was going to be £150 however I had to disconnect water and electricity myself first. NAC engineer came out when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and came back to fit it the next week. Dishwasher is working again and the total cost was less than the cost of removal would have been, without the cost of a new appluance. Will definitely use NAC again if any appliances break down in future.

Response time to query was excellent and engineer who came out diagnosed the problem and ordered relevant part. He returned to fix the machine the following day. He was polite courteous and knowledgeable.
