Technician arrived outside of his planed attendance window, as he had unplanned complications with jobs earlier. Having arrived he quickly and expertly disassembled the faulty oven, performed a diagnostic to identify the failed element. Unfortunately the replace that he normally carried in his van had been used earlier in the week. Without waiting any more time he had ordered one from the warehouse and scheduled a follow up visit, to replace it. All done over the weekend Fri to Mon up and running. Me 💯 % satisfied.

Booked a repair on our NEFF slide n hide door. Very quick to take the booking. Engineer, a nice chap from Stoke, arrived when he said he would. The company gave us advanced notice via text.
Fixed the door, it was a broken spring- a part he had with him, now works perfectly. Really good experience from calling them to having it fixed – all done within a couple of days.

Could not have been easier to get oven repaired. Organised repair on Saturday evening. Operative came on Monday and actually had a replacement part on board – amazing as oven was 20+ years old!

Good communication with Scott and our dishwasher was repaired within two working days
