Not only did the engineer arrive on time, he was quick, efficient & respectful. What more can I say, except that I was more than impressed. I will certainly recommend this to my friends, although I hope NOT to have to use their services again!
NAC did exactly what they promised. They committed to the date, confirmed a time the evening before and the engineer arrived on time. He was polite and efficient and the washing machine was repaired within an hour. There were no hidden charges. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
From initial contact, I was kept updated with information regarding repairs to my oven.. Alex, the engineer, was very thorough and efficient. The repair was successfully completed, leaving everything clean and tidy.

He ordered the parts needed and returned a week later to finish the repair. Dishwasher is good as new. I had confidence that the technician knew what he was doing.
