I called to request someone to come and look at my counter top dishwasher. Having explained the problem, I was told someone would come out the next day, and would phone me later to give me a time. Not long afterwards, the engineer rang and said he was in my area and could come in 15 minutes. He quickly identified the problem and got the dishwasher going again. Both the engineer and the person who answered the phone were polite and efficient.
