Our Miele dishwasher broke down and our local electrical repair shop wouldn’t work with the brand. As we live in an isolated area I had no idea where to start looking for a service agent. NAC hooked me up with a repair guy who was brilliant, he could come within a two days, and he even knew how to diagnose through listening to the machine. He was like Dr Miele. He was smashing to work with, and knowing he’s now on our team, I would feel confident buying another used Miele Applicance – so that’s better for the environment, too.

They came on time, kept us updated,when they was due.the man who came was extremely smart and clean .he was clear in what was wrong with the washer .he came back and fixed it. He was fast and very tidy.the staff in the office was extremely helpful and pleasant I would recommend this company to anyone in a nut shell BRILLIANT
