Very honest service and advice from Rebecca and washing machine engineer on 18/11/24. The part we needed was old and was no longer available to buy new. We were advised we could try to buy one ourselves and it would be fitted with no extra charge to initial fee but understandably NAC could not offer a guarantee on part/s not purchased through them. We tried all possibilities but could not locate one ourselves that we would be happy to take a chance on. We have bought a new washing machine but Thank You for swift responce and honest advice. We will use you in the future if we ever need to briliant 10* service.

We have a tumble dryer where the internal belt had snapped. We tried to fix it ourselves but couldn’t . So we called in NAC who turned up at our convenience and had it all fixed in about an hour. Thank you.
