A great experience.
I rang late on a Saturday and Nicholas was here by lunchtime on Monday.
He was able to ring me within an hour of making an appointment and diagnose the issue over the phone as it is a known fault with my dishwasher.
Was in, fixed and out within 20 minutes!
Lovely service, very polite and all in all reasonable priced considering it was fixed within 36 hours and I didn’t ring until late on Saturday!

Appointment booked and engineer attended at time agreed. Was polite and efficient at solving issue with dishwasher. Replaced part and left everything left clean and spotless. Excellent job.

Engineer was quick to work out the fault with my washing machine and also quick to fix it. Now working perfectly!

Called NAC domestic appliance repairs to enquire about fixing a shattered oven door. Vicky was super helpful and booked an engineer to visit in 3 working days. Very reasonable call out charge.
