The engineer phoned beforehand, checked that I had received his message, made the repair in a very short time, was able to take card payment and was in every way friendly, efficient.and trustworthy.
Excellent service, good communication, arrived on time and repaired to good standard and all in the loveliest manner to two elderly people (one with dementia).

Highly recommend NAC Repair. I rang the team about a problem with my cooker. Charlotte handled my problem swiftly and managed to get me an appointment within a couple of days and was thorough taking the information on the call. AJ our assigned engineer actually rang back the same day to say he could come out and take a look. After diagnosing the problem he ordered the part and came back to fit over the weekend. Extremely pleased with the service and also can’t recommend AJ the engineer enough. Will be using this service again.
