Very professional service from my first call (to a live person who answered promptly) through two visits to a final outcome with the dishwasher fully repaired and clear communication on the faults. Communications were frequent and clear and at no point did I feel pressured to accept any additional costs. Very considerate of my other commitments with calls 30 mins before the visits to the church took place so I could remain at home for most of the day. The first visit was offered within four days of my call and the visit arranged around my schedule. The call out quote was clear and I paid no extra labour costs for the second visit. I would definitely try NAC repairs for any appliance problems in future.

Our 25 year old gas cooker was struggling. One ring had stopped working and three more were running very poorly. The engineer arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and quickly fixed it so we now have 5 rings out of 5 working. He also adjusted the oven doors.
The service was very efficient and James the engineer was very thorough and explained everything as he went along. The receptionist was very helpful on the initial call. They were very quick at coming.
