We were very impressed with the excellent service.
The hinge on our Neff fridge had broken.
Our initial call was dealt with very efficiently by Lisa who explained cost,process and timescale. Confirmation was received immediately and the engineer Mark rang within an hour to fix an appointment.
The engineer came on time, explained what was needed but that a part needed to be ordered. This he did and came the next day to fix the fridge.
Will certainly recommend and use again.

Leesa was very helpful on the phone and the gentleman who came out rang to confirm he could arrive earlier than appointment time. Unfortunately my dryer could not be repaired as this was a circuit problem however the gentleman was very helpful and polite. I would not hesitate in using this company again.

Very impressed with NAC. I had a problem with the door of my Neff oven. Appointment with engineer arranged quickly. He turned up as arranged. I was kept informed at all stages of repair. He had to order a part, came back & fixed the problem. Friendly & efficient service.

We didn’t know who to call when our washing machine started making terrible noises. We found NAC on the internet and was dealt with great customer service from the beginning. The engineer (Danny) came out and found the problem and ordered the part. This was all dealt with in a matter of days. The service was second to none and really pleased with it. Would recommend to anybody and would definitely use again if needed.

No issues at all from the initial call to Amanda through to Jordan arriving to undertake the repair. What was particularly impressive was the constant communication from Jordon during Storm Goretti as he battled to get to us through the bad weather before successfully completing the repairs as arranged.

Daniel contacted me very quickly and visited promptly. He was very pleasant and efficient. My fridge is quite old so I thought he might condemn it. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and it is working properly. I was very impressed.
