This service was excellent.
The engineer came earlier than expected.
Went about his checklist of my fridge. He allayed my fears of losing a freezer full of food which I had worried about since 6am of the morning he came. The booking of a ‘same day’ slot was another win for me. Yvonne understood my dilemma and worry and worked to fit me in. I now have a fridge engineer I can use. Definitely worth a 5 star review.

Tim Hyde came to repair my washing machine. He thoroughly checked to see what bits were broken on the washing machine door before ordering the requisite part. I asked if he could give me an early appointment when he returned which he did. The booking process was easy even on a Sunday. I pleased with the booking process.

Our engineer, David, phoned promptly to arrange my dishwasher repair appointment and to talk through our issue after I had contacted NAC. On the day of his visit he let me know when he was going to visit. He was prompt, friendly, informative and explained what he was going to do and worked quickly and efficiently. He was tidy. He gave me a recommendation for actually replacing a part that he had fixed and provided a costing. He explained the repair guarantee well. Overall a pleasant, efficient and professional service.

Engineer came when he said he would. He was helpful and organised a new part which was fitted when it arrived. No hidden extra costs. All in all great service.

I found them on the internet. The call handler was very good. She explained everything and the cost upfront. The engineer called round on the same day but was unable to fix it due to not having the part. The part was ordered, arrangements made to fit the part. The whole process was flawless and perfect. My machine is working again.

Phoned the company and within a couple of hours the engineer contacted me to say he would be at my home the next morning. Arrived on time and repaired my wash machine. Highly recommend

Brilliant service

Taf was very efficient and friendly and did an excellent job.

Easily arranged same day repair for a failed oven heating element. Friendly efficient service from the lady who organised the call out and a similar experience with the engineer who effected the repair. Whilst not exactly inexpensive, it was a lot cheaper than replacing the faulty oven.
