The engineer was able to be booked quickly, came on time and diagnosed the problem with my tumble drier. It needed a capacitor which would need to be ordered. Paid for the visit, had them order the part (paid for that). When the part arrived they booked another visit for me with the same engineer and he came and fitted it. The second (fitting part visit) was not charged for. The tumble drier is now working again. So satisfactory job with no unforeseen costs.
