The Engineer called Chris rang me to arrange his time of visit and was prompt.
He commenced to check our appliance and found that there was a water leak somewhere which had triggered the Water Sensor to switch off the Dishwasher.
The water was dried out from the base inside the machine, and the Dishwasher was then able to start and operate.
Despite searching to try and locate the leak, he was unable to find any signs of the leak.

We are going to continue using the machine and if this concern happens again I will notify you in order that a more investigative diagnosis can take place.

The engineer is a very helpful person and very keen to assist us.

Mark rang to say hed be round on friday at lunchtime came at that time. Very polite and professional. Needed a part . Text us on sunday with the cost and said hed fix it monday which was ok. Rang on the morning with the time. Very quick and professional will use again if needed.

Arrived spot on time after a call to say he’s was on his way. Once he arrived he was friendly and explained the fault and rectified it telling me how to avoid such a problem again
