Phone was answered on first ring – job arranged for following working day . Helen who answered was very helpful. Let’s hope the service engineer is the same .

Excellent service

So efficient both the booking staff and the engineer allayed my fears of losing a freezer full of food. I was booked in on a ‘same day’ slot. The engineer came earlier than expected whilst I waited around (still worrying). He allayed my fears. Did his checks and gave me lots of reassurance.

I have a fridge engineer in my little black book for future use and recommendation to my friends & family.
