The initial booking for an engineer was incredibly easier. The communication was brilliant, the engineer came found the problem very quickly, part was odered machine was fuxed. Very proffesional and friendly. Would definately recommend

I phoned up on the Wednesday to book a repair in for our dryer. They could do the next day but we couldn’t due to being at work. Booked in for the Friday instead. Engineer turned up nice and early. Very fairly priced. Only repaired what was needed not to grab money out of us for the sake of it. Gave future advise for the machine. We will be using them again for any future repairs.

The NAC engineer, Dylan, was calm, thorough and clearly experienced. He solved the problems with our fridge/freezer in the space of about an hour or so. The NAC call handlers were helpful too.
The engineer, Darryn, was very thorough, explained what he was doing throughout the visits. Telling us about the pros and cons of the repair. Also good to see that he was training new engineers and explaining to them how to look for the different faults.
Very friendly and helpful. Easy to do business with. Was quickly able to set up an appointment for the following day. Costs were explained and seemed very reasonable. Glad I made the call.
Just contacted NAC to arrange a tumble dryer repair. Unlike most companies these days, I actually spoke to a PERSON!! Yayy!!! Sarah was very helpful, efficient & knowledgeable about dealing with my enquiry. I’ve got an engineer, Tom, coming round tomorrow to have a look at my tumble dryer. Fantastic service!
