What an excellent experience from the first contact to the last. First contact a very polite and knowledgeable lady, Second contact the engineer arrived exactly on time looked at my dishwasher took photos then got on with the job in hand , explained the heater needed to be replaced. Then reassembled and put back exactly in place. Next contact to tell me how much the part will cost fitting date. Same routine has above and a very very happy customer. THE QUESTION IS WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE.

The engineer contacted us a day before he was scheduled to, at around 9 am , to enquire if it was OK to call round. He rang again an half hour before his arrival, and arrived on time.
He looked at our oven and carried out a repair, efficiently, and cleanly and left before midday.
