The young man Wayne arrived at 7.00pm in freezing conditions, 9th January with the correct part for our Dishwasher. Despite the hour, he was pleasant and smiley and quickly repaired the machine
Previously he had turned upon24th December to try and repair the broken part and spent 1,1/2 hours.
He deserve an award . Well Done Wayne

A pho e call to nac calmed me as they sent someone the next day,who discovered a blockage I connection g pipe.an engineer came to unblock it this morning.
