Great service. Very quick, and repaired the oven on the first visit.
No complaints. My only advice is they need to put in the email that it is NAC who is giving the job to a specific company as it appeared to me that the company themselves were taking the booking and i cancelled the initial booking thinking i’d been double-booked. One line in the email would’ve sorted this. However they did call to query my cancellation, and rebooked it on my behalf so i cannot fault them for that and their prices were very good.

We are very pleased to acknowledge the excellent service we’ve recently received from Steve at Debonnaire Appliance Repairs. Our job was the replacement of the inner light fitting in the larger oven of our Bosch double unit. This might appear a fairly small issue, but the light fitting had failed and the ceramic insulation had fractured; so, as well as no longer having illumination in the oven, there was the risk that the live electricity cable could touch the frame of the oven. Clearly a potentially dangerous situation.
Steve was excellent in making contact, scheduling his visit, ordering the required parts, and generally keeping us in touch as the job progressed. The price for the work was very competitive, but more importantly we felt entirely confident in the way he engaged with his customer and fulfilled the job.
We will have no reservations in contacting Steve if/when we have any further appliance repair (or replacement) needs in our home. We would happily recommend Steve as a friendly and very professional appliance engineer.

I contacted NAC as my combi-microwave was not working and unfortunately was out of guarantee. They dealt with my issue professionally and arranged for an engineer to visit. He arrived on the day in the time slot arranged and adviced the part that was required.
Once NAC had the part they contacted me to arrange a convenient time to fit the part unfortunately the engineer found another part was required and when this was fitted awhile later the combi-microwave started to work once again. I would definitely would contact them again and would recommend the company to others.
