Great service and nick the engineer was helpful and experienced

Arrived promptly. Friendly and fixed problem with dishwasher immediately.

Contacted them about our microwave fault – they explained the charges and the process. I paid for the labour and the Engineer arrived as agreed in a few days. I was then advised of the parts cost, which I paid. I spoke with a ‘real person’ on their helpline to agree a fitting date. The Engineer again arrived about 5 days later as agreed, fitted the part – microwave working again. The repair was a a standard type of fault, so my 5 stars are because they did exactly what they said they would do in good time, the helpline was useful, the Engineer arrived as agreed, everybody I spoke with was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommended.

Casey arrived on time and was very helpful and personable. He identified the fault was not on the appliance but with the electric cable which he was unable to assist with.

Came across NAC via a google search and was initially worried as seemed too good to be true. Actually, they were really that good! Tumble dryer failed on Saturday, booked a visit using online booking system for Monday, repaired by 10am Monday. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable engineer. Would 100% use again and recommend to others.

First rate 5 star service from start to finish. Vicky arranged an appointment the same day I rang to tell them my tumble dryer had broken down, a real problem as my very sick wife had just been discharged from Hospital too early & was creating plenty of washing. Darryn the engineer, came to see me an hour & a half later, identified the problem very quickly & ordered a replacement part. Vicky called me with the cost, which I paid for straight away so was ordered immediately. I was contacted again when it arrived & arranged for Darryn to come back & install it, the fix was done very quickly & just delighted that it’s working again, so a very big thank you to Darren & Vicky at NAC repairs & yes, I highly recommend them & will be using them again for sure!!!

Yes the electrician knew what he was doing, he got the problem sorted out fairly quickly,,,,,job done,,,,thankyou.

So far excellent. Need to see engineer in touch by Thursday to sustain rating.
