I called NAC provided dates and times for an engineer , I picked a time/date and the engineer arrived . Did a first class job knew what the fault was and corrected it . Left the house clean .

Excellent service for our malfunctioning dishwasher.Phone answered politely and promptly and offered a next day appointment. A young engineer Harry arrived on time and immediately identified the issue and took action to rectify. He was polite and courteous throughout. This is the second time we have used NAC and have been very pleased with the service on both occasions. Thank you

Haven’t been yet easy to book
excellent service. Booked on line on Friday & engineer came on Tuesday. Fault diagnosed but did not have a new part with him to fix the fault. Phone call on the following Tuesday to say the part was with the engineer & could be fitted today. Engineer called to say he was 30 mins away & duly arrived on time. Haydn the engineer was very pleasant & informative. Also pleased with the cost of the repair. Would definitely recommend this company & will use them again should it be necessary.
