I found NAC Repairs very helpful and easy to contact. They kept me informed about the call out charge and also when the engineer would call. The engineer then also rang to give a more precise time of arrival. He resolved the problem on my oven door not closing and in addition, service my grill. I have used this service before and would recommend to others.

Excellent service, from making a phone call at 8.30 a.m. to the work completed later that evening. Staff were courteous and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Importantly, the engineer, named Jordan was completely professional. He rang a number of times to keep us informed as to his schedule and when he’d be with us. Our Bosch dishwasher is now as new, thanks to his pleasant and friendly manner, expertise and all round competence. We are very grateful and very impressed, Many thanks.
