Our Neff dishwasher was showing a fault indicating that the flood protection had been activated – there was water on the floor underneath it. YouTube helpfully showed how to fix this, which was far too complicated for us! Neff quoted a 15-day wait for a call-out, whereas NAC were able to come out the next day AND their call-out charge was half of Neff’s. The engineer spent an hour on the fault and fixed it, and, though he warned us that if it occurred again it would indicate that the dishwasher was at the end of its life, so far it’s working perfectly again. I was impressed not only with the speed of the response but also with the engineer’s knowledge, experience and honesty. Thank you.
