John was very knowledgeable and spotted quite quickly what the problem was with our fridge freezer.He was courteous and arrived on time and promised to return with a new part in a couple of days which he did. The service we got was excellent would recommend this company with confidence.
Response was quick. The Engineer was on time and very efficient. He ordered the necessary parts and came back on a second visit to fit them. I am very pleased at the service I was given. Problem sorted!

After the initial visit a part was required. This was ordered and fitted within a few days. The engineer Lee Griffin was excellent, very professional and kept us informed throughout the process from start to finish.
Really happy with service and reliability from NAC. Repairs carried out for a faulty built in oven and also a combined oven/microwave. Engineer Christopher was courteous and arrived within specified timescale.

Our built in oven had been faulty and called NAC in early January. Engineer Christopher came out promptly and within the estimated time. Required a new element for oven and same engineer came back within a few days to fit the necessary part. Really happy with service and reliability from NAC. Would highly recommend.
