Unfortulately integrated Electrolux washing m/c was not repairable. Very poor considering only 5 years old. Great knowledge by Andy on which m/c to buy as a replacement.

Easy booking system to navigate

The engineer rang to say he could come a day earlier than arranged as he had a space and very thoughtfully said that he could hopefully get the fridge freezer repaired early so the food would not be wasted. He introduced himself and showed his identity badge when he arrived came in explained the problem, got on with the work. Thankyou Plamen

Friendly helpful and timely response

The engineer was very polite and worked well. He seemed thorough and put our cooker hob back into commission. We are using the hob and it is serving us well. Our thanks to Stefan for his diligence to effect a great repair of our cooker.

From start to finish, straight forward phone call to NAC , had a very nice engineer contact us to make an appointment for the following day. Arrived promptly the following morning , sourced the parts and fitted .
Bill was very friendly and professional, clean and tidy . Informed us how to remove the glass door for cleaning purposes. Very knowledgeable. No fuss ! Would highly recommend.

Booking engineers visit was easy. Engineer arrived on time, found the problem and ordered new part. Returned with new part and fixed the machine a few days later as agreed. Engineer was polite and tidy.
