Very easy to deal with and knowledgeable about my Samsung American fridge/freezer. Fixed with ease (2 visits but I was kept informed and times booked to suit me with short time slots to hang around). I highly recommend Plamen – he was a gentleman, experienced and fixed my freezer. I tried Domestic and General and British Gas repairs and both were awful and much more expensive. Stay local!
