Our freezer broke down when full a week before Christmas. We were able to make alternative storage arrangements pro temp and within 24 hours we had a visit from Alec the engineer. He diagnosed the problem in half an hour ordered the parts and returned to fix the freezer 7 days later. It now works fine and whilst 16 years old is good to last for another 5/6 years
The engineer sent out (Valdimir Hriblan) was quick to work through the issues, make recommendations and get the parts ordered. Install was very smooth and I wouldn’t hesitate to use NAC or Valdimir again.
This company is brilliant. From booking the appointment to the repair being carried out, everything was so easy. Not only that, they kept me lnormed and were willing to be flexible with the time of the appointment. That is such a plus. James arrived to carry out the repair and was warm and friendly while getting on with job. He fixed my dishwasher in no time, checked all was working well and left everything tidy. The price for the repair was very reasonable. They are now my go- to company for all future repairs. Thank you.

It was easy to book an engineer’s appointment on line.
I was extremely lucky to get an early appointment as it was just before Christmas.
Communication was exceptional with a text sent as reminder , to be accepted or rejected.
Once confirmed a further text was sent saying that a named engineer,Christopher Harper, would contact the night before ,or the am of the appointment, to advise the hours within which he would attend.
There was also a text sent to say he was on his way.
The job was completed quickly and efficiently.
I rang Maria to make an appointment to arrange for an engineer to look at my fridge /freezer. Maria was so friendly, helpful and patient. She explained everything step by step. I now have an early appointment made. This was the best customer experience that I have had re repairs. So much better than dealing with manufacturers service lines.
Based on first contact and booking an appointment: the phone was answered quickly and the person I spoke to was friendly and efficient. I was able to get an appointment only two days later.
