The appointment was easy to make. The engineer arrived on time and was extremely professional and polite. He understood the problem and replaced the oven door quickly and explained what we should do in future if we had a problem.

Good communication about the appointment time, our engineer arrived when he was scheduled. He ran a bunch of general electrical tests, and started to diagnose the problem with the dishwasher. It needed a new part which had to be ordered. When the part arrived, we received another appointment, and the same engineer came to fit it, which solved the problem. Excellent experience, will definitely use again.
